Stock Indices Recap - 9/27/2017

December S&P finished up 8.9 at 2504.5, 4.5 off the high and 11.2 up from the low. December S&P E-Mini closed up 8.75 at 2504.25. This was 11.25 up from the low and 5 off the high.

 

After a bumpy morning, global markets were able to reinforce their positive tone during Wednesday's trading session. The formal unveiling of tax reform measures was well received by the stock market as it featured a 25% rate cap on taxes for pass-through business. US equities were able to finish the day on an upbeat note, and were led by a sizable gain in the Nasdaq.
