Below are the Good Friday office hours.
- Margin Department 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM CST
- In accordance with regulatory requirements margin calls WILL AGE on Good Friday
- Deadline for checks (10:00 a.m.) wires (11:00 a.m.) will be at the normal time
- Deadlines for ACH’s will be at 2:00 p.m. Normal time for ACH’s is 3:00 p.m. (CST)
- Customer Accounts– 8:00AM – NOON (CST)
- Compliance– 8:30AM -12:30PM CST)
- Client Services– 8:00AM – 2:00PM (CST)
- Help Desk– 8:00AM – 12:00PM (CST)
- Global Desk– reduced staff until 4:00 PM (CST)
- Retail Desk– Closed
